Baetisca
Hi Stephen-

I believe this male imago to be of genus Baetisca. Frankly, it had me stumped, at least until my good friend and fellow aquatic entomology/taxonomy enthusiast, Kurt Schirmer, identified it for me after having posted your photo on the entomology forum of my website.
