A different polydesmidan
Here we finally have a totally different representative of the Polydesmida; this millipede is a species of the genus Eurymerodesmus (family Eurymerodesmidae). This is an endemic North American & US family that occurs from Nebraska & central Illinois to southern Texas and extends eastward along the Gulf Coast to northern Florida (ranging southward to Pasco Co. north of Tampa) and northward along the Atlantic Coast to southeastern North Carolina.
