Possibly an Alate Formica Queen
This looks like a Formica queen. It appears to have only one node on its petiole, and it also has the typical mandible shape of that genus. Unfortunately, I'm not good with Formica ID because we don't have many here in Texas, so I won't be able to get past genus...
