Not wolf spider
The coloration and eye expresses a species of fishing spider within the genus, Dolomedes.
Coloration reminiscent of Dolomedes tenebrosus but let someone else who is better with these to make the species judgment.

Yes
Dolomedes tenebrosus are often found away from water. They like their roaches and crickets just as much as they like their water striders, water bugs, and occasional fish.
