Mexican Bean Beetle - Epilachna varivestis

Approx. ladybug sized, found on a farm in some grassy scrub. I think this may be a Mexican Bean Beetle (Epilachna varivestis). The spot pattern looks right to me.

I agree. There's another photo and some interesting info here.
The author, Dr. Steve Marshall, put an extra "R" in the species name by mistake (in 3 instances - he's definitely consistent!).
