Syrphid Fly - Tribe Syrphini - Epistrophella emarginata

Size: 8-10 mm
Maybe Epistrophella emarginata? This fly was on a leaf of common milkweed (asclepias syriaca) by a shiny day. Thank you in advance for your help. I really appreciate! :-)
