eastern BC Phausis - Phausis rhombica - male

eastern BC Phausis - Phausis rhombica - Male
Arrow Lakes, Kootenay Region, British Columbia, Canada
June 11, 2013
Size: 7 mm
Comparing to the descriptions in Hatch (1962), I end up at Phausis rhombica--- clearly departing from nigra in that:
- the punctures of elytral bases are separated by less than their diameters; and
- the median lobe of the aedeagus extends beyond the lateral lobes by almost its width at the tips of the lateral lobes

note: I don't find the "bisinuate pronotum base" obvious (as in Hatch's illustration)

Anyone second this ID?

*also found this lampyrid larva in the same pitfall trap.
