Probably Nais Tiger Moth
If these moths can be told apart from photos I would say this is a Apantesis nais - Nais Tiger Moth - Hodges#8171 b/c I do not see spots on the collar


The Harnessed Tiger Moth - Hodges#8169 (Apantesis phalerata) usually has spots present

But the angle of your photo is not very good to view the collar.
