Moth ID
Based upon the date and location of the image along with the characteristics of the moth,I believe this is a male Carmenta tildeni Eichlin. This is a rare moth found in northern Mexico and the extreme southern U.S. In the U.S., the scarcity is likely due to limited natural habitat still available along the Rio Grande River.
