Limoniid Crane Fly at Lights - Limonia indigena
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA

Size: About 9 mm
Judging from features on the head this is Limoniidae rather than Tipulidae.

The measurement from the front of the head to the rear of the wings was about 9 mm.
