It looks like Closterotomus norvegicus...
Compare with
http://www.koleopterologie.de/heteroptera/3cimi2/miridae-closterotomus-norwegicus-foto-wmueller.html
Although the linked site describes it as Closterotomus norwegicus and
nearctica.com
records it as Calocoris norvegicus,
PBI
treats them as synonyms of Closterotomus norvegicus.
