Small fly

Small fly
Houston, Harris County, Texas, USA
April 23, 2006
Size: 2 mm

Yes
Chloropidae for sure (the big ocellair triangle on it's head is clear, a characteristic of the family), but I don't know the genera in the Nearctic!
