Size: BL 8mm
Aka the brown button spider.
Not sure what the other spider in the web is.

An article (from 10/9/06 I believe) in the Orange County (CA) Register discussed their establishment in most the county. Also records from TX and other southern states. I have observed them as far north as VA at rest stops along I-95.
