Bibionidae, Possibly Dilophus sp.
Lisa, there are three key features which tell me this is a Bibionidae (Diptera)and possibly Dilophus sp. These are: the wing veination with the forked M vein; the tubercles at the apex of the fore-tibiae, and the shape of the antennae.
