Looks similar to one spotted in Arkansas the previous day.

Doesn't look like it to me
Typically, the Fragile Forktail has "exclamation marks" on top of the thorax. Possibly a Dancer in the Argia genus, but I'm not very confident.

Different from the previous sighting which was a Fragile Forktail.
