Size: about 1/4 inch
tiny spider with a BIG appetite... i'm including so many shots in this series because i was fascinated by the way the spider retrieved it's prey... it went down the web, attached a strand of silk and then went back up the web hauling the prey in much like a fish.... one shot clearly shows the effects of a jerk on 'the line'.... possibly too many photos, if there are, i'll be glad to edit.... ted

we're thinking
gemmoides and Lynette is leaning that way. But if it were darker, we would certainly be thinking nordmanni.
