As this fella is pretty beaten up, I can't decide if it is Eastern or Canadian? Please help with the ID. Thanks.

Two different specimens - one male, one female
but both look like they may have run into the same bird.

Looks like Canadian Tiger
with the below FW marginal band being continuous rather than broken as in Eastern.
