intriguing is all i can tell right now

 
So....
After a long hard look I keep coming back to this being C. floralis Erichson, Elytra look fimbriate, and with the size and color it sent me down that path...finally with the sides of the pronotum being "feebly arcuate" floralis becomes the only choice
