Hard to tell whether this one is a Dryinid larvae. May be Pipunculidae larvae in the Diptera. I'm trying to enlarge your image sufficient to tell.

Thanks Richard for your help. I have just added another picture of the same insect. The quality of the picture is very bad because the leafhopper was frenetically moving to get back to its feet and escape.
