Texas Leaf-cutter?
This looks like
Atta texana
, the Texas leaf-cutting ant...they're supposed to be the hairy, spiney ones and this gal sure does show an abundance of both! The specimen in the image below is missing a lot of her hairs, but is otherwise a good example of what they should look like...
