Would this suggest that and are also C. mildei, since they are from the same location?

But I usually only move the ones found inside to C. mildei. The chance that the ID is correct is just higher for that species if found inside. If they are outside... I'm not nearly as confident. Esp. if they are outside on a building. I know your third image says it was found inside, but the image that goes with it looks like it is outside?

 
that's because I released it
that's because I released it outside after I found it. All the above images were found within a 10 meter radius, so it just seemed that there might be more to be extrapolated.

 
I agree.
If you want to move them all to C. mildei I think that would be fine.
