Size: 9 - 10 cm
My daughter pointed out this lovely specimen crossing the road in our neighborhood this morning. Her first recorded bug discovery - aged 17 months - I'm very proud! :)

Like the dark one I posted earlier this year (below), this too lacks the white spiracles Wagner says it should have - maybe they are not always white in the final instar.
