Do you have a written description of this species that is known to be localized only to NH and PA? Or did you take a specimen?

Specimen
This seems to match the description of the species in C.H. Curran (1923). I photographed the specimen and then collected it for Mike Thomas, who ID'ed and currently has the specimen.
