Great photo! How do you capture a shot like that?

 
Lance-Tip
This was taken with a Canon 100-400mm Image-stabilized lens, Hand-held using the Canon Digital Rebel. It tkes about 20 shots to get one good one. You have to be extremely fast with the focus-ring (auto-focus can't track these little buggers). They hover now and again but only for a second or two. I used fast film speed (ISO 800) and used photoshop to get the grain and blotchiness out of the background.
