Looks like you got a lice in the smallest picture. And the first picturre looks like a bed bug. I'm not sure about the larvae.

Baby bed bug.
I think this is a bed bug nymph (juvenile, immature). The adults aren't that big, so a nymph, early on, probably IS the same size as a louse!

Yeah, it doesn't look quite like the lice pictures I looked at, and also it just seems like too much of a coincidence that there were a bunch of these things right where the clusters of bed bug eggs were.
