Probably Bombus pensylvanicus
Probably Bombus pensylvanicus, though it might be B. auricomus instead. The former has black on the top of the head between/behind the eyes, the latter yellow; this looks more black than yellow but it's hard to tell at this angle. B. auricomus does come into your part of KY, which does complicate the ID!
