Priocnemis?
Priocnemis would be a good genus to rule out (or in) at first. Could be P. cornica in fact, but I'd wait for Nick Fensler to chime in with an opinion.

Priocnemis was my first guess... and P. cornica would be a very likely candidate (it is pretty widespread and common here), thank you for the information Eric.
