Any ID for this beetle? Thanks.

Moved
Moved from Cremastocheilus.

Looks like ..
Cremastocheilus harrisii Kirby 1827 - often very common on sandy banks of rivers and creeks, the very shiny ventrum is unique.

Nice one ! Can you give an approximate size
?

Scarab
Looks like its subfamily Cetoniinae, genus Cremastocheilus. (Or something similar.)

Agreed!
Great find! This genus is associated with ants, and the adults aren't often seen.
