Filacus sp. There are four species in the genus, but they are difficult to identify from photos. Known larval hosts are Phacelia, Amsinckia, and Ranunculus.

I wonder if they would also use Cryptantha intermedia? That's what this individual was photographed on. I don't recall seeing the other genera referenced in the area.

 
Other hosts
are possible; larval host plants are not known for all. However, adults are often found on plants other than the larval host, so sometimes adult collection records don't mean too much.

Does look similar...
You can kind of see the black and white pattern on the abdomen through the wings on mine, but I wasn't able to get a good shot of it.
