Cryptops leucopodus
There are two species in the genus in PA: C. hortensis, a European invasive, and C. leucopodus (formerly C. hyalinus), a native species. If the cephalic plate covers the first tergite, it is leucopodus, and if the first tergite overlaps the cephalic plate, it is hortensis. This looks to me like leucopodus; in addition to the cephalic plate character, I've identified specimens from PA and they generally have a lighter color than hortensis, which are more reddish.

Awesome
I never expected a species-level ID. Thanks!
