Actual collection date is October 4, 1958. The Bug Guide system does not recognize the date for the data page. This will add October for the guide.

No, it doesn't?
It isn't showing up on the "Data" map for me. When I click on North Carolina, it does show your record, but it has "N/A" for the date. Perhaps there are limits for the date field and it doesn't recognize the year? Does it show up for you?

I'm not sure why it is not showing up, but you may be right about the limit for the date field. I will try to find out and let you know. Thanks,

There is a limit
and I thought the glitch was fixed. Will check on that. I changed the date to 1970 temporarily and that reflects the October record.
