Odd fly? - Zelus renardii

Odd fly? - Zelus renardii
Frisco, Texas, USA
January 3, 2006
Size: ~1cm
Found already dead in my house, not sure what he/she is. Missing a couple legs, so the pose probably isn't natural. Any ideas (general category) would be apprecited.

Moved
Moved from Zelus.

True bug
Looks like Reduviidae (assassin bugs).

Thanks!
Thanks for the speedy and (from what other pictures look like) a very accurate reply!

Zelus sp.
This is a species in the genus Zelus. Can't give you a species (yet) because Texas has more species than elsewhere.

i believe it belongs to Z. renardii page
