Moved tentatively
Moved from Xerophloea viridis.

6.4 mm is outside of the range noted for males of this species in Nielson 1961. The profile from the side also looks more like peltata to me, and the shape of the pronotum fits peltata. Same with location, though viridis has been found recently in OK. The one thing that is a little off is the size of the head, its a bit short but this could just be variation as Xerophloea can vary quite a bit in head shapes.

Moved tentatively, will seek confirmation
Moved from Leafhoppers.
