Furtive Forktail
I add another picture of Furtive Forktail that I made last year - dorsal view of a male. It has differently colored stigma, but it is a male.
I do not have field guides with me right now and my opinion about another picture is not conclusive.
It certainly looks like forktail. Females of Rambur's and Citrine Forktails are very variable.
Furtive Forktails has most elongataed abdomen if compare to wings.
As I remember female of Furtive Forktail have several first
abdominal segments pale, but I personally didn't see a female of the species in nature yet.

Checked Dunkle
I looked through my copy of Dunkle
(

)
and my best guess would be a female furtive forktail,
Ischnura prognata
.
The sprites are described as very small and the book mentions using the abdomen tip coloration as field marks. None seemed consistent with this one.

Thanks Troy!
I'll make a quick guide page and move it there unless someone has more info:)

Stream Bluet?
The brown shoulder stripe and horizontal band through the eye remind me of a female Stream Bluet (Enallagma exsulans) but that's just a stab. See photos halfway down
this page
. Plus they usually have a fair amount of green on the body, lacking in your photo, so that's not a good sign... maybe there's several other candidates in Florida? - I don't know what might be expected there in late November.
