...making hay while the sun shines. The one at lower left was dragging the other two all over the place (making it hard to get a decent photo), and the one in the middle refused to let go at either end.

Actually this one looks
more like Eric's suggestion of Picromerus bidens. The other one with the banded antenna looks more like Podisus maculiventris? It seems like there should be some distinguishing difference between these two since they aren't even in the same genus! Things like this drive me crazy :0)
