Maybe Mesocrina
Hard to tell without a better look at the front wings. The large second submarginal cell makes me think Mesocrina. Mesocrina are uncommon, temperate nearctic, and there aren't any host records that I know of. They've been reared from mushrooms. Can't find anything very recent - after 1983.

Front wings
I got several of these wasps, spread over a few weeks. I'll see if I got photos of any of the others that show the wings clearly (and, of course, I have the specimens).

Great. I'll look forward to seeing an image with the wings outstretched, and hopefully with some tergites and perhaps the propodeum in view. Also, feel free to send me some specimens Charlie.
