Fly vs Fly

Fly vs Fly
Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio, USA
May 16, 2014
I am interested in both predator and prey, though the latter is somewhat difficult to see in these photos. The dorsals look similar to each other to me, almost as if this were a female feeding on a male of the same species. Photographed on cultivated strawberry leaf.
