Moth larva in a silk and debris bag -
looks like a household casebearer. They eat animal remains including wool, so check your rugs and blankets for damage.

Awesome! I didn't know where to start looking to identify. Too bad iteats clothes. It is very neat!

 
It also eats spider webs
so if you don't have a lot of wool around, you might not consider it a pest. : )
