Identification
Identification information extracted from various posts left by Ferenc Vilisics under images of T. rathki:
- flagellum of antenna has 2 segments,
- no apiculate protrusion, but a moderate frontal lobe on the head; P. scaber has pointed middle lobe,
- row of white patches on the margin of tergites on both sides and a dark stripe on the back,
- 5 pairs of lungs (white patches on ventral side of abdomen); P. scaber, and other species of family Porcellionidae, have only 2 well developed lungs.
