Male scorpionfly. He appeared to be engaged in some type of potential mating ritual with a female. This included taking turns in the flaring of wings. He began raising his appendage high over his back. I have several images of both the male and female showing different views of this. Please let me know if bugguide is interested in the files for review. Thanks.
