There where several of these wasps working very quickly (hence the poor picture quality) from flower to flower. When two ended up near the same flower it turned into an all out dog fight for several seconds. They appeared very agressive towards each other but ignored me..

I'm no expert but this looks very similar to . I have also found many in this area.
