Several of these were calling from bushes in a parking lot. This must be either C. columbiana or C. gundlachi.

Cyrtoxipha for sure
There are at least a couple of species in the area though, and I'm not sure how to tell them apart without seeing male genitalia.
The other is
Cyrtoxipha gundlachi
