Hi Alice - I've been researching this one for a couple of days and maintaining that your psyllid is the same as Joyce's psyllid, I've come to the conclusion that they are both Euglyptoneura robusta, and that there are no similar species. I wrote an excessively long comment on Joyce's image detailing the diagnosis, which is based on about 6 literature references compared against head and thorax characters best visible in your photo and wing venation characters most visible in Joyce's photo:
