This orange spider was observed in a mass of recently "hatched" spiders in a mixed hardwood forest in the midlands of South Carolina.

Spiders can't...
be IDed to species when they're this young. They look like they're possibly Orbweaver spiderlings, beyond that I couldn't say. If any of them stick around you could wait and see what they grow up to be.
