Muscoidea
hundreds of flies look more or less like this, and quite often telling as much as family from photos is problematic, let alone species
some guys around here work wonders, though, so there is hope they may narrow it down some

Oestroidea?
Notice the bent M vein. It doesn't look like Musca and relatives.
