These spiders are all over my apartment. They seem to mostly hangout in there webs on the ceiling, corners of the rooms or any secluded place. They also seem to be attracted to heat of a certain tempature, to cool they will ignore it & to warm they will runaway.

Cellar Spiders
It appears to be a cellar spider. These are common within many homes. They capture insects within the home.
