Blow fly
I agree this is a blow fly, family Calliphoridae, but screw worm flies are not brightly metallic. The secondary screw worm fly, Cochliomyia macellaria, is dull metallic greenish, with three obvious black stripes on the thorax. My guess for this specimen is Lucilia sp.
