Fishing spider? - Dolomedes vittatus - male

Fishing spider? - Dolomedes vittatus - Male
Glen Burnie, Maryland, USA

Size: 8cm body 2cm
I found this spider gliding on the water's edge of Marley Creek just under a bridge. Because it is so big I believe it to be female. It has been in captivity for a few weeks now. She has been eating well as the photo suggests. For size relevance the cricket is medium. There are no visible marks on the abdomen. I believe it's a fishing spider but I don't know which one.

Picture
The picture sure looks the same. I have to agree it looks more like a male. How did you figure out what it might be?

Spider ID
Best to wait for comments from more knowledgeable folks, but I think you have this species.

ID
Thank you for classifying the spider I found. I was trying to learn more about it but have so far come up empty. Can you point me in the right direction??

Male?
I don't have an ID, but this appears to have the well-developed palps of a male.
