I've used your images so many times
to ID my spiders, thank you for your painstaking efforts.

Not sure
but you might want to poke around in Dictynidae on this one. Any chance you have a picture with more of the palpal tibia? I'll keep looking as well.

 
I replaced the first palp shot
the new one shows the small tibial spur. Seems to match Dictyna brevitarsus in Paquin and Duperre?

 
Dictyna are tough
but that was the one I was leaning toward as well when I looked at Chamberlin & Gertsch's treatment of the family in North America.

 
I think that has to be correct
after looking at the diagrams for a while they are basically an exact match, highlights the quality of the drawings in that book.
