Hunting Aporus sp. - Aporus hirsutus - Female

Size: ~1.5cm
Found hunting in sandy back dune habitat. The wasp was running around on the sand and would periodically start to dig and almost completely disappear into the soil before emerging to try again. None of her attempts were successful, but I suspect she was hunting Aptostichus spp.
